Trying to convert from Knit3

Since you're using a subtree format, you'll have to use 'bzr upgrade
--pack-0.92-subtree'.

Don't forget to run 'bzr upgrade --pack-0.92-subtree
sftp://dabisu@bazaar.launchpad.net/~dabisu/sakura/sakura' too.

If it hasn't been done already, I guess that warning message should be
improved. Hm.
