Trying to convert from Knit3

Hi all,

I got this warning every time i push...:

Format <RepositoryFormatKnit3> for
lp-140211468:///~dabisu/sakura/sakura/.bzr is deprecated - please use
'bzr upgrade' to get better performance

I _really_ want to upgrade my repository from Knit3 to another format.
But 'bzr upgrade' doesn't work.
The above message is just a big lie, 'bzr upgrade' doesn't convert my
'dirstate-with-subtree'.

Is this solved in the latest bazaar versions? (I'm using 1.3.1)
