[MERGE] "bzr log --limit" broken since r3652

It takes only a couple lines to fix, though this approach feels 
sloppy.  It just repeats the 'break', since python has no 'break 2'.

One of the other approaches listed at the bottom of this message 
would probably be cleaner:
