[MERGE] add SimpleXMLRPCServer in stanalone bzr.exe

Hi John,
I think the idea behind the patch was misundertood :)
This patch only adds SimpleXMLRPCServer.py to the stabdalone exe.
bzr-xmloutput stills need to be installed.
