HTTP access to files on bazaar-vcs.org?

Hi John,

Seeing as my plug-in is so small (about 40 Kb) and is only a few files I
think it might be best if we just upload them to a place on
bazaar-vcs.org. Even if we just put the XML files there they would have
to be updated just as often so it wouldn't save any hassle (the XML
files would change for each release so they can't just point to the
latest builds somewhere else).

How should we go about this? Should I send you a tar.gz file with the
site structure?
