[MERGE] Changes to PPA docs

This patch is the result of multiple uploads I did to the PPA's:

* Removed recommending using Launchpad's "copy package" feature. It
always bites us.
* Recommended deleting the debian/.bzr dir after committing for extra cleanness
* Random tweaks that don't matter too much, but generate warnings along the way
