bzr init suddenly got verbose?

It was a patch from Marius to effectively run "bzr info" after "bzr
init" and "bzr init-repo".

It was a desired feature by some. I didn't have a big preference, and
figured we could bring it in at the beginning of a release cycle, so we
could decide if we don't like it.

So far, this is one vote for, one vote against (I'm abstaining for now :).
