To clarify, when someone comes to the web site looking for Bazaar on
Windows, I think they should normally get the command line, tortoise,
and gui tools from a single download, and this should be the
recommended one for Windows. We recognize people might want to opt
out for various reasons such as not liking explorer integration or
wanting a smaller download. There are various ways we can do that:
either having options in the installer to leave them out (which might
be simpler to build?), or offering an alternative 'core' download
(which would presumably be smaller). I don't really mind which.
