New tutorial and an intro

Good morning,

Thanks to some excellent feedback I received in the IRC channel while
setting up my own system, I have written up a little tutorial on how to
get a system set up using a Partner workflow (server and laptop). I've
put the tutorial on the Wiki, please feel free to edit it directly:

And I suppose I should introduce myself as well? O-HAI! Um. My name is
Emma and I'm still recovering from naming files like
index.080812-c.html. Although I've been using revision control systems
for quite a few years I'm very very new to Bazaar and this is most
definitely my first time using a distributed VCS. For the most part I
theme and deploy Drupal for small to medium-sized businesses, but I also
do lots of other things too. A lot of it is linked from my personal site

Thanks in advance for any feedback you have on the tutorial that I wrote
