Bundle Buggy suggestion: leave the 'merged' subject line alone

Hmm, I have quite liked that I could see that something was merged just by
looking at the thread (mutt shows the message in the thread in this case).  But
working well with gmail is important.

I guess if those messages included a header like “X-BundleBuggy: Merged!” I
could just teach mutt to highlight those messages' subject lines, which would be
nearly as good for me.
