Actually, I just came across one of your posts, and I *do* see that
behavior. Specifically on this bug:
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bzr/+bug/35015

You can see that your mail client used "|" instead of ">" for the quoted
sections. Which caused Launchpad to not elide them.

And looking above, there is a crazy mix of | and >, so I'm going to just
disabled flowed for now.

The only thing I'm worried about at this point, is that Mark Hammond's
email client sends quoted strings as "1 long line", so when I reply, it
defaults to about 100 character lines. I'm not sure if flowed fixes that
or not.
