do you know enough about what (other) Bazaar developers are doing?

Aaron raised the question the other day of whether by Canonical
developers talking on the phone or in person we are inadvertently
keeping those conversations away from other people who might be
interested in them or contribute something to them.

His particular example is that some of us have a call every morning or
evening, and neither the call nor the brief notes are published. I
think the main content of the call is to just have someone to say hi
to when working from home, and to make sure we have something useful
to do and know where to begin.

I think almost every technical issue does go over the list, as an rfc,
an update on the work on something, and of course eventually a merge
proposal. There is some conversation on irc, which is easy to miss,
but then not every single word needs to be read by every person.

Some people might find the problem is not that things are excluded but
that there is too much. I think you can get some sense by skimming
the list threads and reading John and Paul's "this week in Bazaar."
Perhaps some of us (including myself) could more frequently either
blog or post at a more summary level what we're working on.

So, what do you think?
