Really ? I thought that many people just did not understand VCS or found
them to hard to set up correctly. Personally, I never set up a VCS
before bzr because using say svn was so much work and really hard to
understand. IOW, I think that because tools like bzr makes it so easy to
start on a new project, more people would be in that situation than when
svn/cvs were the default choices.
