bzr-svn now has it's own set of bindings, so these SWIG ones are now
redundant. From what I understand, they have a long history of leaking
memory and being slow, so hand-rolled ones that work better are
preferable - as long as we can make sure they work well.
Jelmer is presumably reasonably happy with them on *nix but since the
tests don't pass on Windows perhaps something is awry with my building.
