File revision info with leightweight checkout?

No.  Lightweight checkouts store the revision id, but they don't provide
any historical data.  So they can't determine what revno is associated
with that revision-id.

Lightweight checkouts should be used only when you have fast access to
historical data.  So the branch that you check out should be on a LAN or
local disk.

So easy != local.

It is always a bug if the behavior of lighweight checkouts is different
from heavyweight checkouts.  But I don't know what the Emacs mode does
with heavyweight checkouts.
