[MERGE] Switch nick too

On Wed, Jul 23, 2008 at 10:52:02AM -0500 I heard the voice of
John Arbash Meinel, and lo! it spake thus:

Better yet, since then when the master nick changes, it automatically
propogates.

The big problem, though, is that ends up waltzing off to the master
every time you want a nick.  Which means I eat a couple-second wait
and see "Server does not understand Bazaar network protocol 3,
reconnecting.  (Upgrade the server to avoid this.)" a lot more often.
Just think what THAT could do together with that packaging thing with
the nick-in-prompt script    8-}
