[ANNOUNCE] Community-Agile Software Guidance

This may interest many people in the Bazaar community:

Steve Alexander gave a presentation on this at EuroPython
a few hours ago so it was time to release the paper!
I haven't had a chance to upload anything yet to the
project's web-site but a project team has been created
on Launchpad that interested people can join.

If you're interested in helping out, please help spread
the word by blogging about this. FWIW, the next goal is
to put together a website using ReST and Sphinx
(http://sphinx.pocoo.org/) that teams can download
and tweak. As well as containing the overview paper,
the website should contain links to related tools
and sections for dropping in coding standards, procedures,
etc.
