[PQM/MERGE] Remove Arch-style naming from tests

The attached does two things:
  * renames strings using legacy naming to be URLs instead
  * removes tests for Arch-style names (while leaving tests for
    bzr-style names intact)

The motivation behind this is:
  a) we shouldn't test behaviour we don't care about, and
  b) tests act as documentation to an extent so they shouldn't be
suggesting that Arch-style names are valid any longer

This is the first in a series of patches to remove the crufty VCS
abstraction from PQM. Unfortunately, I did not develop in a way
congenial to submission in chunks (I was quite a way in before I
realised how big the patch I was writing was getting), so there will
probably be a fairly big chunk coming up next.
