I talked to a friend who is far more knowledgeable than me in this area,
and she suggested a plan that makes a lot of sense to me.

It would mean that having screencasts.bazaar-vcs.org is not really 
necessary, as long as we could put things under doc.b.o/screencasts/

The remaining parts would then be based around the wiki. I haven't
hammered out the details yet, but it should be straightforward.
