The regular server now defaults to readonly of course; I think we
should make sure that it does that too when run through fcgi if it
doesn't already.

I don't know about that warning in particular. If you're referring to
the way the html files are put into a different directory structure
from the rst source yes, it annoys me too, and I'd like to move one or
the other of them to make it clear.
