Warning for HTTP + FCGI

We had a huge warning on this:

I don't see that in the source documentation, so maybe that file just isn't
being updated? I went ahead and just manually removed that line.

I know we changed how the documentation is being generated, as a lot of it gets
put into the user guide. Of course, for *me* that just means I can't find
anything anymore. (I generally grep locally, and then experiment to see if I get
the right URL.)

Does someone else know what is going on here?
