[MERGE] Sanitize branch nick before using it as an attachment filename in ``bzr send``

I don't know, I personally prefer it this way. I find it easier to deal
with - than with spaces on the command line. Restricting it only to
alphanumeric characters will make sure it works on any filesystem (minus
possible unicode problems, but I'm not sure what would be the best way
to avoid those).
