Actually, you can grab a snapshot from here:
http://bazaar-vcs.org/releases/dev-snapshots/

Like http://bazaar-vcs.org/releases/dev-snapshots/bzr.dev-3394.tar.bz2

And then just go into that directory and 'bzr update' I believe, to get the
latest. (If not update, then pull, etc.)
