I think this is good. Plugins, particularly the common ones like
bzr-svn and BzrTools are things that we should be doing more to promote. One
thing that would be good to cover under integration might be IDE tools such as
bzr-eclipse, the vim VCS integration and emacs vc-bzr.

Here goes:
When introducing a plugin, you should tell where to get it or find
out about it, e.g. http://bazaar-vcs.org/BzrTools. Any external project
mentioned should have a URL to go to, or somewhere like
bazaar-vcs.org/WebInterface that will have links for a number of projects.
Also, a reference to bazaar-vcs.org/Plugins might be nice in here.
Your svn-import example doesn't actually use svn-import.
Is this what you wanted?
For bugtrackers, mention the other ones that are supported in addition to
Launchpad. (Too much reliance on Launchpad examples in Bazaar documentation
makes a general DVCS seem very Canonical-centered.)
