no bzr-svn for Bazaar 1.4 (was: Re: bzr 1.5rc1 this Friday)

Ah, yep - that makes sense. I'm indeed not doing the PPA packaging  
 myself. 

I am uploading to Debian Sid as part of each bzr-svn release. You should be able
to merge from the Bazaar branch used for the Debian package when uploading to PPA.
The Debian branch is at http://bzr.debian.org/pkg-bazaar/bzr-svn/unstable/
