API documentation

Hello,

I've been playing with the bzr codebase in the last week and I found it
quite difficult to write code against bzrlib with the current API
documentation.

I'm using http://starship.python.net/crew/mwh/bzrlibapi/bzrlib.html but it
is a bit outdated, could it be updated?

Also, could you document the types of the input parameters and return values
of the various functions?
