[ANNOUNCE] bzr-svn 0.4.9

Jelmer,

Is this likely to appear on http://ppa.launchpad.net/bzr/ubuntu or is it
being treated as necessary to have more URLs in source.list to create a
Bazaar 1.3 consistent installation?

I guess there is a potentially similar issue for bzr-dbus, bzr-gtk and
bzrtools.
