What I mean is that the "bzr revert" command should return your working
tree to the last-pulled state.

Ah, so you're moving through these historical revisions with the
case-sensitivity issues.  That would explain why they're affecting you
somewhat.

Of course, it should still never happen.

You can use "bzr reconfigure --branch" to convert your existing tree
into a treeless branch.
