I would suspect, not until after the point at which the average
elapsed time between major changes in capabilities/gaps/workflows/etc
is a significant multiple of the time it takes to edit, polish,
publish, and distribute the book.  That's not a short process, and bzr
isn't, I would think, standing still enough to be worth trying to go
through it.

Of course, there's an obvious way to prove me wrong    8-}
