I think we would find that there are a lot of places that need to be
cleaned up to also not ask about more history than they really need.

And as we need to do that anyway, we might as well just do it.

I have considered implementing a "bzr flatlog" as a plugin, but I figure
my time is better spent making our existing functionality better.
