You may still find there are memory issues on Windows - see bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr-svn/+bug/196043 which I reported, which
is with the patched binaries.

Sometime, I'll have to see if I can establish any better what's
happening, but I've no experience with the bazaar or bzr-svn code, so
it may be a while before this gets addressed.
