Well, in that particular case, I would have expected that the girl would have
already done a "bzr checkout". Further, I would number #2 as bzr commit from the
red girl, and 'bzr update' as #3 for the blue boy.


The basic idea, though, is just that your developers will all be working on the
same branch (through checkouts), and thus have to 'bzr update' to get the latest
tip before they can 'bzr commit'.
