bzr-svn branch taking a very long time

Ah, thanks for the tip Wesley, and also to Nicholas and Jelmer for  
their quick responses and help.  Hopefully I'll be able to complete an  
svn checkout successfully now; cheers!

And I also find it interesting that the community's friendliness and  
helpfulness of each distributed VCS tool seems to be proportional to  
their user interface friendliness :).
