Is there a "real" download site for bzrtools?

I certainly don't want to break automation.  I can at least host it on
aaronbentley.com, though if the traffic gets nuts, I'd have to abandon that.

I'll have something in place for the next release, cool?

And I'll see if we can fix this issue in Launchpad, too.
