Windows binaries for bzr-svn - don't need python-based installer

There seems to be a mistake in
http://bazaar-vcs.org/BzrForeignBranches/Subversion where, in the
section "Windows Setup" there is a pointer to a binary at
http://d5190871.u44.websitesource.net/bzr/ (which looks a very odd URL
- is this an official binary?)

The text says "You will need to use the Python-based installer of
Bazaar rather than the standalone one", but my tests would seem to
indicate that this is not the case and the installer on that page
works fine with the standalone installer of bzr.

Can anyone confirm that the page is in error, and update it if so? (Or
if it isn't an error, let me know what's going to break horribly for
me!!! :-))
