bzr / bzrtools package incompatibility on http://ppa.launchpad.net/bzr/ubuntu ?

Hello all,

I'm running bzr and bzrtools 1.1 on Kubuntu 7.10, installed via the
Launchpad PPA repository.

Today I note that both bzr and bzrtools are showing upgrades to 1.2 but
the packages are incompatible: I cannot upgrade bzr without removing
bzrtools.

These are the details of the packages available:

Section: devel
Maintainer: Debian Bazaar Maintainers
Candidate Version: 1.2-1~bazaar2~gutsy1
Installed Version: 1.1-1~bazaar1~gutsy1

*** bzrtools ***
Section: devel
Maintainer: Robert Collins
Candidate Version: 1.2.0-1~bazaar1~gutsy1
Installed Version: 1.1.0-1~bazaar2~gutsy1

Is there a good reason for this incompatibility or is it an error?
