bazaar packaging branches

I've uploaded packages of Bazaar 1.2 into the PPA (Personal Package
Archive) at http://launchpad.net/~bzr/+archive

The debian/ directories I used for this are also published here:

  https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~mbp/bzr/packaging-dapper

They're based on the Debian bzr packaging team's branch, with tweaks
to build on each distribution.

I built them locally using pbuilder to test them, then uploaded into the ppa.

I have not used bzr-builddeb yet, thinking that I already had enough
moving parts to debug. I will probably try that next.

I haven't uploaded bzrtools or bzr-gtk yet, but will try the same
thing on them soon, probably tomorrow, and also publish some tips on
using PPAs well.
