Maybe Nathan, the OP, had looked at -
http://bazaar-vcs.org/BzrSupport
and seen this:
"If you want formal support for Bazaar, that can be arranged from
Canonical, who provide 24x7 telephone support for Ubuntu as well."
If that is not a correct statement of fact, perhaps it should be changed?
