Committing pending merges after bzr up

Hi all,

I'm using bzr to be able to work disconnected from a central subversion
repository.

As such, after getting the sources, I executed a bzr unbind, proceeded
to work on them. At some point, I wanted to grab new patches from
subversion so I did bzr bind and bzr up. This created a couple of
pending merges. 

Is there a way to reapply those pending merges to my local branch
without having to commit everything else (e.g. some files have some
changes that are work in progress)?
