I agree with everything you just said :)

If configuration with say mod_wsgi can be sufficiently simple, then maybe it'd
be worth keeping just that in the User Guide.  But I agree that a detailed
“here's various different ways you can configure various different web
servers/Apache modules to serve Bazaar” document would be better as something
separate to the main User Guide.
