I'd really appreciate having our documentation expanded to cover usage
with mod_wsgi. We can always move things around later - getting
accurate, useful content is much harder.

FWIW, my goal with the User Guide has been to transform it to a high
level overview of what can be done, why you should and to introduce how
to do it. In a sense, the challenge is deciding what content is *too*
detailed and to move it elsewhere. We certainly don't want to lose
information or dumb down the overall content - just the overview thereof.

I suspect "Serving Bazaar with FastCGI" falls into the bucket of too
detailed for the User Guide. For 1.1, I'd suggest we make it a tutorial
and reference that tutorial from the "Running a smart server" section
say. What do you think? We can go with a more generic tutorial name as
well if you like.
