One thought on your "User coming from CVS/Subversion" scenario. It
sort of assumes that the user has decided on Bazaar. My feeling (being
a user in that category) is that such people will be looking at the
feature sets of a number of DVCSs - in my case Bazaar and Mercurial
mainly, with a bit of darcs and Monotone. For this type of user,
covering "differences with other DVCSs" as a secondary goal would
probably be a help.

Otherwise, it looks good. However, I'd echo Martin's comment that
there's a big block of stuff that doesn't really need to depend on the
type of audience, and that's probably more important to get right
first.
