[ANN] new build of bzr-eclipse (0.0.11)

Hi,

Thanks!

Unfortunately, I still can't get this plugin to work at all. I see menu 
items in the Team menu but all I see is "Bazaar add", "Bazaar remove" 
but no commit, log, diff etc. I don't understand why add is shown at all 
because the file is already added to bazaar. It seems like the plugin is 
not detecting that the file is in Bazaar.
