[RFC] default mail-to for send command?

Is it possible to specify in config default --mail-to for
send command? Using aliases for this purpose is not the best
idea, IMO, because user may have several branches for
several projects. Probably such options should be
branch-specific? Like push locations etc?
Probably 'send_mail_to' is appropriate name for such option?
