No, create-tree can't become an alias, because built-in aliases have the
same behavior as the command they alias.  'bzr reconfigure' would
definitely have different parameters than the proposed create-tree does.

I disagree.  I do not want to add more entries to the command list if we
can help it.  In this case, we know that we expect to supersede
create-tree with reconfigure very soon, so I don't think we should add a
create-tree command in the first place.

I would be okay with an alias.  But not a new command.

In fact, this could be our opportunity to start on the reconfigure
command, instead.  It doesn't have to do everything from day 1, after all.
