small documentation fix

I found the example confusing. on the web you see the code and below it some 
text that doesn't match. ok, there are two examples and two descriptions
and if you don't look closely you get strange results.

still I wondered:
* usualy the easy example with defaults is first and the complex with extra 
options next.
* the complex example won't work for everyone: bzr serve listens on localhost
but the client tries to connect via "host" not "localhost".
