[MERGE][#56299] New option -C/--change for diff and status to show changes in one revision.

Hi,

the attached patch adds a new option -C for bzr diff and bzr stutus, to
show changes introduced by the specified revision. SVN uses -c for this,
but according to the comments on
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr/+bug/56299, it might not be the best
idea, so I used '-C'.

Technically is the option redundant, because it's just a shortcut for
"-r before:X..X", but I think it's commonly used and this short variant
helps (especially with revids it get's ugly).
