I really don't agree.  I think we fell behind in the release cycle, and
we haven't caught up yet.  There are 34 merge requests on the "pending"
tab, going back to July 27 (if we skip contributions by Ladeuil and van
Heyst, who I think are away).

There are a bunch of things that have been approved that haven't gone
in.  I think that's not fair to reviewers-- if an approved request isn't
going to go in, what's the point of review?
