I thought we didn't use it because that machine doesn't have the full
ElementTree installed, just the python2.5 version.  The full ElementTree
includes HtmlTreeBuilder, which is required to correctly parse the the
entity references generated by docutils.

It may be that Kid is *also* not installed...
