I should add though, that it's much less disruptive to do this at the
beginning of the release.  If we'd gone straight from 0.18 to 0.90, the
merge directive/Bundle Buggy situation would not have happened.
Similarly, bzrtools, bzr-gtk and bzr-svn were all marked incompatible
with 0.90 this morning.  (I've updated bzrtools and bzr-gtk.)
